What FabFlow provides

FabFlow helps one business prepare job-package quotes from material costs, sheet usage, cutting time and shop rates. It does not perform nesting, read nesting PDFs, predict cutting time or calculate individual part prices. Review supplied material rates and all assumptions before using a quote.

Your account and quotes

Sign-in uses your ChatGPT account. Keep that account secure and provide accurate business information. Only enter customer information you are authorised to use. Check prices, quantities, scope and GST treatment before sharing a quote. Your customers’ tax settings are separate from FabFlow’s own subscription tax treatment.

Three free quote previews

You can save and view three quotes without a payment card. Editing an existing quote does not use another allowance; saving a duplicate does. An active subscription is required for additional saved quotes and PDF downloads, including downloads of trial quotes. The free allowance does not restart when business data is deleted.

Subscription price and renewal

The subscription costs A$29 per month for one business, billed in Australian dollars. FabFlow is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on this subscription. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Stripe processes payments and provides invoices and payment-method management. Paid access starts after payment confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time through Account & billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If the billing portal is unavailable, contact support@fabflowsystems.com.au for help. After access ends, saved quotes remain viewable and editable, but new quotes beyond the free allowance and PDF downloads require a subscription.

Refunds and payment problems

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or partial-month refunds for unused time. This does not limit any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. If the service has a problem, you believe a charge is incorrect, or you want to request a refund, email support@fabflowsystems.com.au with the relevant invoice details. Failed or overdue payments may suspend paid features until payment is resolved.

Service availability and your data

Maintenance and interruptions may occur. Contact support if you cannot access the service. Export important records for your own retention. Deleting business data is permanent and requires any subscription to have ended first; cancellation alone does not delete your quotes. See our privacy policy for data handling.

Your legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will notify affected subscribers before material changes to subscription prices or terms take effect, so they can decide whether to continue or cancel before the change.
