Website analytics

We use Google Analytics on our public landing page to understand visits, traffic sources and general website use. Google uses cookies and collects information such as browser and device details, page interactions and approximate location. Processing may take place outside Australia. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag. We do not install this tag in the quoting workspace or send customer quotes, business details or payment information to Google Analytics.

Information we collect

We receive an account identifier and email address through ChatGPT sign-in. We store the business details, logo, pricing settings, customer job details, quotes and notes that you enter. When you subscribe, we store a Stripe customer identifier, payment-event identifiers and your paid-access status. We do not receive or store your full card number or ChatGPT password.

How we use information

We use this information to provide quoting and PDF downloads, manage access and subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent repeated free trials and investigate errors or misuse. Customer PDFs contain customer-facing quote details; internal pricing breakdowns and internal notes are excluded. Only enter information you have permission to use.

Service providers

OpenAI Sites provides hosting and ChatGPT sign-in, using managed Cloudflare storage and infrastructure for business data and logos. Stripe processes subscription payments and manages billing details. These providers process information needed to provide their services, and their infrastructure and support operations may involve processing outside Australia. The service does not promise Australian-only data storage.

Read the providers’ policies: OpenAI, Cloudflare and Stripe. Payment information entered on Stripe’s pages is handled by Stripe.

Browser storage and security

Unsaved drafts are stored in your browser. Sign-in and hosting services use cookies and related security mechanisms. Business records are restricted by signed-in account; use a trusted device and secure your ChatGPT account. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, export and deletion

Saved business records are retained to provide the service until you delete them or request deletion. Account & billing offers a JSON export and business-data deletion. End your subscription before deleting business data. Deletion removes active quote records, settings and logos; a minimal account identifier and trial-use count remain to prevent repeat free trials. Unsaved drafts on other devices may need to be cleared on those devices.

Deletion does not delete your ChatGPT or Stripe account. Payment records may be retained where needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Managed platform backups and security logs may retain information under provider retention arrangements; deletion from active records does not guarantee immediate removal from every backup. Contact us for help with a specific request.

Questions and complaints

Email support@fabflowsystems.com.au to request access or correction, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for information to verify your identity and will respond to your request or explain any applicable limitation. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about privacy complaint options.
